Chef’s Touch Commercial Kitchen mission is to create a large scale, environmentally aware licensed food processing and production facility located in Albany, California. This facility will provide food production capacity for Food Truck operators and caterers working throughout the greater bay area and also small to medium scale food packagers.The Bay Area is experiencing a large unmet market demand by Food Trucks, for food production facilities, with state of the art equipment along with the permits and licensing from the Alameda County Department of Environmental Health.
