Chefs Touch Commercial Kitchen & Catering was designed form the ground up to serve as a Commercial Commissary Kitchen.
Food Trucks are our main business and we can accommodate over 65 trucks. We are open 24 / 7 and our gated property is under 24 hour surveillance. We are dedicated to helping your business thrive.

BUILDING
We are located right between highway 580 and 80 in Albany California, easy freeway access to San Rafael San Francisco and all of Alameda.
We have space for up to 65 commercial food trucks
We are a FDA registered and certified food manufacturing facility, so you can manufacture food products for Retail sales
We provide a 600 sq ft separate office area, with WIFI, copiers, fax, and private mail boxes, so you can conduct business
There is also a Tasting area when you need to have Clients taste your foods.
KITCHEN PREP AREA
Total of 5,200 sq ft of dedicated Commercial Kitchen prep area
The Commercial Kitchen boasts 80 feet of cook line, all under #1 type hoods.
We also have a dedicated baking area of over 800 sq ft.
You will have access to our 1760 sq ft walk-in cooler and a 320 sq ft walk-in freezer
We offer 1600 sq ft of dry storage area for up to 100 food carts for your cooking supplies, knives, pans etc.
Availability for dedicated single client, non-shared food prep areas.
Ability to bring in your personal manufacturing equipment to place in your dedicated food prep area
RECEIVING
We have an additional 280 Sq ft food receiving cooler to accept deliveries from Sysco, US Foods, By Rite, Del Monte, Performance
We can receive food deliveries on your behalf and put your food into your cooler area.
Fork Lift on site to load and unload large deliveries
SCULLURY- CLEAN UP AREA
Dedicated scullery to wash pans and cutting boards the in main prep kitchen
Additional Scullery to wash all your truck equipment right off the entry bay doors.

SECURITY
We have installed 24/7 security cameras and monitoring for automatic Police dispatch, if something looks suspicious
ADDITIONAL FEATURED SERVICES
Ice Plant to be installed soon to provide bagged ice, on site

Propane on-site to fill your propane tanks
Washdown area / truck wash.
