WHO WE ARE
Chefs Touch Commercial Kitchen has been created with over 17,000 square feet of, full-service, shared use commercial kitchen with over 1,200 Sq Ft of Cooler, 500 sq ft Freezer space, an 2,500 sq ft of dry storage space
Our facility is fully equipped with top-end cooking equipment that are all under 80’ feet of type (1) hoods commercial cooking hoods, over 30 stainless steel prep tables, prep sinks, hand sinks, and a large dishwashing line
We also have a dedicated 1,200 sq ft Baking Department, equipped with butcher block prep tables and lineup of Hobart Mixers ranging from 20 qt to 65 qt, and a large double rack Revent gas oven and a dough rounder and sheeter.
